On the field, the Tide will be led by Tommy Weber, former coach at Wagner College and and St. Francis (NY) College. St. Francis Athletics Hall of Fame coach Frank Del George will serve as the team's pitching coach.

The 2010 Tide Opening Day roster will include eight Staten Island natives.
